The Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo

The Q Revo is a great option for those looking for a mid-priced robot vacuum and mop. It gives a great mopping experience, but it lacks the advanced features of its more expensive sibling.

During testing, it was able remove pet hair and dry oats from carpets with a medium-pile. It doesn't use LIDAR however, as cheaper models do to locate your home.

Roomba s9+ from iRobot

The iRobot Roomba S9+ is one of the top-rated robot vacuums. It has a lot of features and impressive cleaning power, including a dirt compartment that is integrated into the base of charging. It can also learn your cleaning habits and suggest automatic schedules to provide a hands-free and effortless experience.

The iRobot Home App guides you through the process of setting up. Once the system is setup you can begin the cleaning automatically with just one button press. You can select the general clean option which focuses on the elimination of larger particles like cereal and rice. You can also opt for two thorough mappings to ensure that your entire home is completely cleaned.

This robot vac performs well on both floors that are bare and carpets with low pile. It is able to take large objects and does not lose suction as fast as other models do, and it can even clean up pet hair without difficulty. It's a challenge with carpets that are high-pile or plush however, iRobot says that future models will be more efficient.

The S9+ is a new design from iRobot that is focused on enhancing the edge and corner cleaning. It's the first Roomba that adopts a flat-fronted D-shaped design. The company hopes this will allow it hug furniture and walls. It's a significant improvement over hockey puck-shaped robovacs that are common, but we found it to be just marginally better than circular models.

iRobot claims that the S9+ also features a superior filtration system that blocks micro-sized particles and allergens from circulating throughout your home. It's a nice claim, however, we're not convinced that it's enough to justify the high price cost.

Its smart navigation system employs a combination of sensors to remember the layout of your home and vSLAM technology to map your interior. This allows it to avoid obstacles, like staircases and other barriers, and also to clean your whole home efficiently possible. The iRobot Home App allows you to schedule cleaning times and set virtual boundary markers to ensure that the robot is aware of which areas need extra attention.

2. Roborock Q Revo

Roborock Q Revo is a robot that combines mopping and vacuuming. Its vacuum settings are as good as those found on higher-end models. And its mopping system is even better - its spinning pads scrub floors more effectively than an ordinary pad that vibrates.

It's only downside is the lack of a second brush to allow for deeper cleaning. However, that's not a problem when you're looking to purchase one of the best cheap robot vacuum mop robots on the market. The dust tank of the robo-vac is larger than many of its competitors, and filling it takes just two or three cycles, even when you've got a lot of dirt.

For the mopping system, I was impressed by its ability to scrub tough dirt off my floors. The two mopping modes that it has that are less abrasive than the high-powered ones, create very little noise, which allows you to work or watch TV without distraction. It will gently hit furniture or walls, and move on if it comes across one.

The Q Revo is unique in that it can run almost autonomously, with little user involvement. The dock of the robo-vac can be multi-functional and can automatically transfer garbage into a bin hidden. It also cleans, dries and refills the clean water tank. The app is good at nagging you only when something is in need of attention, for example, the water tank that is running out of clean or a scheduled cleaning session being cancelled because of a full dust bin.

You can also design and merge actual rooms to alter how the Q Revo treats your abode. This is an excellent feature if you have multiple areas of the home with different flooring materials or there's some clutter that must be cleaned out regularly, such as toys, clothes and books. The robot vacuum was also among the best performers in my tests and was able to remove debris from carpets and hardwood floors with the first go. It is able to vacuum up wet spills. I suggest drying them with a towel before sending it to.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni

The X2 Omni is a premium robot mop and vacuum that has all the features you can want. Similar to the iRobot Roomba S9+, it has an excellent vacuum with powerful suction that cleans hard and carpet floors, plus an omni-rotating mop that scrubs tough staining. It also has an automatic cleaning station that washes and empties the mop pads to keep them fresh and ready for reuse. It also has a sensor system that detects obstacles more accurately, allowing it to avoid falling on furniture and other objects.

The most notable improvement to the ECOVACS The X1 Deebot is the modern, sleeker design. This is thanks to the Danish company Jacob Jensen Design, best known for their Bang Olufsen product line. The robot is still quite large. It measures over two feet in both height and depth, and weighs in at least four pounds. However the robot as well as its base are smaller than the Roborock Q Revo and iRobot j7.

This version is also more efficient than the X1 one, because it has a faster charging speed for batteries and can complete a cleaning of about 1,500 square feet in one charge. It also comes with a larger and more durable dustbin that can hold more debris. This makes it easier to empty.

The X2 Omni also has a more natural voice assistant as well as an app that can be used even when you're at home. It also has more mopping modes and an intelligent routing feature that gives it the flexibility to clean certain rooms or areas of your home instead simply following a predetermined route.

The X2 Omni is the most effective robot for mopping. Its mop pads rotating remove tough stains and its motor produces lots of downward pressure. Its vacuuming is excellent as well, and it boosts suction when it senses carpets to ensure that it does the job well. It is equipped with a large rechargeable battery that lasts up to one week. The mopping mode of the robot is also powerful.

4. Dreametech L10s Ultra

The Dreametech L10s Ultra is a premium mop and robot vacuum that comes with a host of convenience features you aren't likely to find on robots of this price range. It can make detailed floor maps and detect various flooring types. It's also one of the few robots that can automatically clean and dry its mop pad. These features are great, but they also place the L10s in the class of luxury. This might make it more expensive than what homeowners would need.

The L10s Ultra looks like a modern floor cleaner. It's tall and slim and has a white-colored finish that is complemented by silver elements and mirror plating. The front of the machine has a large bumper that protects the furniture and vacuum cleaner when you are moving around your home. Sensors are hidden behind the front panel, which helps the L10s Ultra navigate tight corners and avoid obstacles.

On the top of the vacuum there is a single button which serves as an on/off switch. The L10s Ultra has a solid vacuuming capability which clears 98.4 percent of the debris from our hard-floor test and getting rid of all but the most stubborn juice stains. The mops are also efficient, clearing 98.4 percent of debris from our tile, wood, and carpet tests. It was not as effective at removing sand from the hard floor or quaker oatmeal from the carpet.
